Josh DeShong is an entrepreneur and business magnate. He is the founder and CEO at Jdre; founder and CEO of Myers Home Buyers; co-founder of Propalytics; and co-founder, CEO, and early-stage investor of Trelly. First known as one of the nation’s top real estate agents, DeShong is now more known for doing groundbreaking work within the real estate industry while shaking things up in the real estate tech space.
Stephen is the developer of the Trelly platform, including the app, the website and the many internal technology tools that enable the platform. Prior to co-founding the real estate analytics company Propalytics in 2016 and serving as the company’s CO-CEO until its acquisition in 2018, Stephen spent time as a project manager at Microsoft and as a software engineer at Google.
Stephen is responsible for driving the company’s information strategy and infrastructure, and leading the development of the company’s internal data management systems. A “buy & hold” real estate investor himself, Stephen owns rental properties across the DFW metroplex.
Tayloe brings more than 35 years of experience building scalable technology platforms and organizations across a number of leading companies. After serving on the board of directors, Tayloe became CEO of Kaleidescape in 2020. He is an Executive Advisor at TCV, and serves on the board of directors of Coupa Software, and Watermark.
Most recently, Tayloe served as executive vice president and chief technology officer at Intuit, where he had responsibility for all product & platform engineering, data & artificial intelligence, cyber security, hosting, and information technology. Prior to Intuit, he served as chief information officer at VMware.
Previously, Tayloe was executive vice president of Ariba, where he led product management, engineering, hosting and customer support. Before that, he held executive engineering and general management roles at Calico Commerce and Xerox. In addition, he led developer tools groups at Borland International and Sun Microsystems and did research in computational linguistics at Xerox PARC.
Tayloe graduated with honors in applied mathematics from Harvard University.
Russell Rhodes is a licensed real estate consultant and investor with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Real Estate that brings more than 35 years of leadership insights and sustainable business growth strategies to the team.
Russell started his career with larger corporations including Arthur Andersen and PepsiCo before transitioning to running a startup manufacturing company that he took from inception to $23 million in sales before selling to his largest competitor.
In 2001, he started a residential real estate consulting company that he grew to become in the top 3 teams out of 140,000+ agents for nine consecutive years with Keller Williams before he sold the company to Berkshire Hathaway PenFed Realty in 2016. Following the acquisition, Russell continued to manage the company, propelling it to the top 20 real estate consulting teams in the United States with ~$600 million in sales and ~1700 homes sold in 2020. Wall Street Journal ranked Rhodes one of the top 10 real estate producers in the country.
Russell leads his organizations to reach new heights through innovation, inspiration, and hard work. His team is comprised of industry-leading Realtors and has received many production and volume awards. Concurrently, Russell owns real estate investing and hard money lending businesses.

JT has held a variety of leadership roles within Trelly Group for over a decade. As the former Vice President of Josh DeShong Real Estate, JT achieved $100M annual production in scaling institutional acquisitions and dispositions. As a results-focused leader in the role of Vice President of Myers Home Buyers, he completed over 3,000 brokerage transactions.
Now as Vice President of Sales for Trelly Group, JT leverages his experience in high volume sales management and strategy to lead new initiatives focused on growing premium revenue and driving sales development.
Matthew C. Aycock
DIRECTOR OF COMPLIANCE
After partnering with us for years, Matt has officially joined the team to contribute his legal and title expertise to the development of the Trelly platform. Matt entered the title industry during the subprime boom, prior to graduating from what is now Texas A&M School of Law.
After the shift, he joined Bank of America’s Landsafe, where he managed licensing and compliance of default title operations throughout all 50 states. From there, he founded Pratt Aycock, LTD, a multi-state law firm, providing legal services to real estate investors, financial institutions and agents. His nearly 20 years of experience in real estate will help ensure Trelly’s products and processes are designed to work well within the constraints of the real estate legal environment.
