Many Talents. One Mission.
Josh received his real estate license when he turned 18. Over his career he has closed nearly $2 billion in real estate transactions. Josh is one of the top 250 real estate agents in the country and has received more than 60 production and volume awards. As CEO, Josh has been responsible for establishing his own real estate brokerage, jdre, developing a model that allowed him to navigate profitably through the crash of 2008.
He began investing personally in flipping houses, and found innovative ways to scale his personal business into Myers Home Buyers, a wholesale real estate brokerage. Responding to the needs of large-scale institutional accounts, Josh worked with Stephen Chiang to develop the Propalytics platform for quantifying deal economics. The technology, process, supply/demand generation and risk mitigation strategies from those businesses were the inspiration for Trelly, the new online marketplace for investment real estate.
